    دفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع تطبيق الحوكمة في البنوك الجزائرية من أسباب داعية إلى تطبيقها، بالإضافة إلى أهم المجهودات المبذولة في إطار تعزيز تطبيق مبادئها. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مفهوم حوكمة البنوك مفهوما حديثا وغير مستوعب في الجزائر، وعليه يجب ضرورة الانضباط في تطبيق الحوكمة في البنوك الجزائرية وإحكام الرقابة على الالتزام بمبادئها The study aimed at shedding light on the reality of the application of governance in Algerian banks In addition to the most important efforts exerted to promote the application of the principles of governance in the Algerian banks The study concluded that the concept of bank governance is a new concept and is not understood in Algeria. It is therefore necessary to discipline the application of governance in the Algerian banks and to tighten the supervision of compliance with its principles
