Item تقييم التدريب حسب نموذج كيرك باتريك وأثره على أداء العاملين - حالة مؤسسة الكهرباء و الطاقات المتجددة ولاية تقرت خلال سنة 2021(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-09-30) دادن, عبد الغفورThe study aims to use the evaluation of training according to the Kirkpatrick model and its impact on the performance of employees, at the Electricity and Renewable Energy Corporation in Touggourt, where the study population consists of administrators numbering 155 employees. A random sample of (70) employees was selected from them. The researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of (30) items distributed on (3) axes. The study showed that there is a positive direct relationship between training according to Kirk Patrick and its role in improving the performance of employees through the coefficient of determination (R2 = 0.576)
