    هدفت الدراسة إلى التطرق إلى محاسبة الموارد البشرية من خلال معرفة كيف يتم إدارتها للمورد البشري وكيفية تطبيقها وتنفيذها من خلال مجموعة من الدراسات النظرية، ثم تطبيقها العملي في دراسة الحالة التطبيقية لمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر الوادي وتوصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الأجر والعناصر المكونة بالإضافة إلى المعالجة المحاسبية للأجور وفق النظام المحاسبي الجديد. The study aimed to address the accounting of human resources by knowing how it is managed for the human resource and how to apply and implement it through a set of theoretical studies, and then its practical application in the applied case study of the Algiers-Valley Telecom Corporation.
