    دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمنظمات في تعزيز استراتيجيات الاصلاح الاداري – استراتيجيات وبرامج دولية وعربية

    إن غاية التطورات الحديثة والثورات العلمية والمعرفية المتتالية بالأساس هو تجويد حياة الأفراد، وتحسين ظروفهم المعيشية المختلفة، لذا يشهد العالم اليوم فترة إصلاحات تشمل كافة القطاعات والأجهزة الإدارية، الاقتصادية، الصناعية، الاجتماعية...الخ، للدول والحكومات والمنظمات في قطاعيها العام والخاص؛ والتي تسعى بدورها عن أنجع الوسائل التي تحقق بها غاية هاته الإصلاحات وتحفظ بها أهدافها. فما كان من هذا السعي إلا أن يتأتى عن إرساء بُنى الثقة والشفافية بين المنظمات المختلفة وبين الأفراد كأصحاب مصالح لها أو كمجتمعٍ بأسره. الأمر الذي توفره المسؤولية الاجتماعية في إطارها العام، خاصة إذا ما انتهجتها المنظمات أثناء ممارستها للإصلاح الإداري المنشود؛ وعليه تأتي هذه الدراسة لتجمع بين هذين التوجهين الاستراتيجيين حتى تستثمر المنظمة كل من: مزايا وأهمية المسؤولية الاجتماعية أثناء تطبيق نهج الإصلاح الإداري، بغية تحقيق ميزة آنية ناجمة عن هذا الاستثمار ألا وهي تحسين وتطوير المنظومة الإدارية للمنظمات، بمشاركة جميع الأطراف وبشكل فعال: منظمة-فرد وفرد-منظمة. The main goal of the recent developments and the successive scientific and knowledge revolutions is to optimize people’s lives, and to improve their different living conditions. Therefore the world is experiencing today a period of reforms that includes all sectors and administrative, economic, industrial, and social systems … etc. of countries and governments and organizations in both public and private sectors; which seeks to achieve the most effective ways to help them reach their reform’s goals and to preserve their objectives. This is why it became a necessity to build trust and transparency between the various organizations and between individuals as stakeholders, and the whole society. Which is provided by the social responsibility In the overall framework, especially if it is pursued by organizations when applying a desired administrative reform; therefore comes this study to combine these two strategic approaches so that the organization can invests both: the advantages and importance of social responsibility during the application of administrative reform approach, in order to achieve real-time advantage arising for this investment, which is the improvement and development of the organizations’ administrative systems, with the effective participation of all parties: Organization-person and person-organization.
