    الضمانات الداخلية لإنفاذ قواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني

    تعتبر الضمانات الداخلية ضرورية لإنفاذ قواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني، فعلى الدول أن تنضم للاتفاقيات الدولية الإنسانية وتلتزم بها، وتقوم بموائمة تشريعاتها الوطنية بما يتوافق مع ما التزمت به على الصعيد الدولي، ثم بعد ذلك تقوم بنشر قواعد هذا القانون على أوسع نطاق ممكن. لذا نحاول في هذه الورقة البحثية بحث مدى مساهمة الضمانات الوطنية في ضمان احترام قواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني. Internal guarantees are necessary to enforce the rules of international humanitarian law, States must accede and abide by international humanitarian conventions. It also harmonizes its national legislation with its international commitments and then publishes the rules of this law as widely as possible. In this paper we try to examine the contribution of national guarantees in ensuring respect for the rules of international humanitarian law
