    عالج هذه الدراسة دور وسائل الإعلام في تشكيل الرأي العام خلال الأزمات، بالتركيز على العلاقة القائمة بين الإعلام والرأي العام من جهة، ودور الإعلام في إدارة الأزمات من جهة ثانية. كما تسلط الدراسة الضوء على نماذج من التغطيات الإخبارية للأزمات كتغطية الإعلام الأمريكي ووسائل الإعلام العربية للأزمات العربية. This study examines the role of media in shaping public opinion during crises, focusing on the relationship between the media and public opinion on the one hand, and the media's role in crisis management on the other hand. It treats also the role of media in crisis management. The study shows models of the news coverage of the Arab crises by US and Arabic media
