    تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوعا من بين أهم المواضيع والأكثر اهتماما من طرف الباحثين وصناع القرار، نظرا لآثاره البالغة على مستوى الإنسان والمجال؛ وهو موضوع التحولات السوسيومجالية وتأثيرها على الموارد المائية خاصة بالمناطق الساحلية، كالجماعة الترابية المنصورية. وسنقوم بإبراز النتائج المستخلصة لمختلف التحولات التي عرفتها المنطقة، لاقتراح بعض الحلول لتجاوز أهم التحديات التي تواجهها. This study deals with one of the most important and most interested topics for researchers and decision makers, given its serious effects on the human level and the field; It is the subject of socio-economic transformations and their impact on water resources, particularly in coastal areas, such as the municipality of El Mansouria. We will highlight the results of the different transformations that have occurred in the region, to suggest solutions to overcome the most important challenges they face
