Due to the multiplicity and different types of tax disputes, the terminology and nomenclature used by the Algerian tax law legislator over the appeals filed by the taxpayer are numerous, through the Tax Procedures Law, where the tax law legislator distinguished between these various appeals, in terms of mandatory submission and in terms of the authority that is present
