    The rules of medical ethics play a major role in controlling the behavior of doctors, and in applying the concept of social responsibility, especially through the actual application of these rules, by following up on doctors who commit disciplinary violations that contradict the rules of professional ethics, which results in disciplinary sanctions against them, as the These penalties would limit the excesses of physicians with regard to the rules of unprofessional conduct.
