    توظيف التعليم الالكتروني وعلاقته بالأداء الوظيفي من وجهة نظر الأستاذ الجامعي

    ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين توظيف التعليم الالكتروني والأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ من وجهة نظر الأساتذة، وذلك من خلال إجراء دراسة ميدانية على جامعات جزائرية هي: جامعات: سعيدة، -الوادي، المسيلة، برج بوعريريج، وهران2، سطيف2، البويرة، شملت عينة الدراسة 53 أستاذا، تم الاعتماد على استبيانين من أجل معرفة مدى وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين توظيف التعليم الالكتروني والأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ الجامعي. ولتحليل الاستبيانين، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، وتم الحساب استخدام بيرسون، واختبار "ت" وتحليل التباين الأحادي. وتم التوصل إلى النتائج الآتية: 1. توجد علاقة بين توظيف التعليم الالكتروني والأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ الجامعي. 2. لا توحد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في توظيف التعليم الالكتروني حسب متغير الجنس. 3. لا توحد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الأداء الوظيفي حسب متغير الخبرة. 4. لا توحد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في توظيف التعليم الالكتروني حسب متغير الجامعة التي يعمل بها الأستاذAbstract: The study aimed to investigate the relationship between the use of e-learning and the job performance of university professors, as perceived by the professors themselves. A field study was conducted on several Algerian universities, Saida, El Oued, Messila, Bordj Bou Arreridj, Oran2, Sétif2, Bouira, the study sample included 53 professors,. Two questionnaires were used to measure the correlation between e-learning and job performance. The data was analyzed using the descriptive method, Pearson correlation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the use of e-learning and the job performance of university professors. Additionally, no statistically significant differences were found in job performance based on experience or in the use of e -learning based on gender.
