    الذكاء الانفعالي لدى الاعلاميين دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الصحفيين من وهران وعين تموشنت

    هدفت الدراسة الحالية قياس مستوى الذكاء الانفعالي لدى الإعلاميين، وكذلك تحديد مدى وجود اختلافات في مستويات الذكاء الانفعالي لديهم تعزى إلى (الجنس والأقدمية المهنية). أجريت الدراسة بالمنهج الوصفي على عينة من الاعلاميين الجزائريين وبالخصوص في الجهو الغربية من البلاد (وهران وعين تموشنت). تكونت عينة الدراسة من 120 صحفياً تم اختيارهم بطريقة المعاينة القصدية من مختلف وسائل الإعلام المرئية والمسموعة والمكتوبة. تم تطبيق أداة الدراسة المتمثلة في مقياس الذكاء الانفعالي من إعداد فاروق السيد عثمان ومحمد عبد السميع رزق. أظهرت النتائج أن: مستوى الذكاء العاطفي بين الصحفيين مرتفع. وأنه لا توجد فروق في مستويات الذكاء العاطفي بين الصحفيين بسبب (الجنس والأقدمية المهنية). وفي الأخير تم تفسير ومناقشة هذه النتائج وفقا للاطار الأدبي والنظري، وعلى ضوءها تم تقديم مجموعة من المقترحات والتوصيات.The present study aimed to measure the level of emotional intelligence among journalists, and also to identify the differences in the levels of emotional intelligence among them due to (sex and professional seniority). The descriptive study was conducted on a sample of Algerian journalists, especially in the western part of the country (Oran and Ain Temouchent). The purposive sample consisted of 120 journalists selected from various audio-visual and written media. The study tools are the emotional intelligence scale prepared by Farouk El Sayed Othman and Mohamed Abdel Samie Rizk. The results are: Emotional intelligence level among journalists is high. There are no differences in the levels of emotional intelligence among journalists due to (sex and professional seniority). Finally, these results were interpreted and discussed according to the literary and theoretical framework ending up with presenting a set of proposals and recommendations.
