    التصرُّفاتُ غيرُ المشروعةِ في الميراثِ «المجتمعُ السُّوفِيُّ المعاصِرُ أُنْمُوذَجًا»

    الأصلُ في المسلمِ أنْ يَلْتَزِمَ تعاليمَ شريعتِهِ عمومًا وفي بابِ الميراثِ خصوصًا؛ إذ إنَّ أغلبَ أحكامِهِ عُنِيَ بها كتابُ اللهِ تعالى ذاتُهُ ففَصَّلَ فيها تفصيلًا متناهيًا في الدقةِ لم يُعْهَدْ في بابٍ فقهيٍّ غيرِهِ، إلَّا أنَّهُ وُجِدَ مِنَ المسلمين المعاصِرين مَنْ يَتَجَرَّأُ على تعدِّي الحدودِ الشرعيَّةِ في البابِ المذكورِ بتصرُّفَاتٍ مختلفةٍ وبدوافعَ شتَّى؛ لذا جاءَ هذا البحثُ لِيَرْصُدَ تلك التصرُّفَاتِ غيرِ المشروعةِ في مجتمعٍ مُعَيَّنٍ هو المجتمعُ السُّوفِيُّ، على أنَّهُ رَكَّزَ على ما كانَ منها متكرِّرًا في عددٍ من عائلاتِهِ وبلديَّاتِهِ بشكلٍ ملموسٍ؛ كلُّ ذلك حتَّى يَنْتَبِهَ المسلمُ إلى خطورةِ الوقوعِ فيها عاجلًا وآجلًا، ومِنْ ثَمَّةَ يُوَفَّقُ إلى اجتنابِها. Muslims have to adhere to the teachings of Sharia in general and especially the inheritance matters, whereas, most of its provisions have been interested in The Koran itself. However, there are contemporary Muslims who dare to infringe the rules of Sharia in this field through different actions and motives. Therefore this research aims to monitor these unlawful conducts in a particular community which is the Sufi community
