    الخدمات السياسية والثقافية للموالي في المجتمع العباسي خلال العصر الأول

    Abstract: At the emergence of Islam in the Arabian Peninsula, its embrace was not restricted to the Arab race alone but rather included all races and ethnicities in the world. Interestingly, Islam advocated for the equality of all humans, and the sole distinguishing factor was piety towards Allah. In the Islamic state, throughout all historical stages, there emerged social structures that greatly contributed to the development of Islamic civilization, aptly named as the Mawali. The Mawali people assumed an essential position during the Abbasid regime as they took control over the ruling power on the state, thanks to their experience and integration into Islamic state. Therefore, this research content will cover the political and scientific services that were provided by Mawalis to the Abbasid state during the first era. عندما ظهر الإسلام في الجزيرة العربية لم يكن مقتصرا اعتناقه على الجنس العربي فحسب، بل ضم في ثناياه كل الأجناس والأعراق في العالم وذهب إلى أكثر من ذلك أنه سوى بين كل البشر، والفرق يكون بالتقوى إلى الله، لذلك نرى في الدولة الإسلامية في كل محطاتها التاريخية ظهور تركيبات اجتماعية ساهمت بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر في تاريخ الحضارة الإسلامية أطلق عليهم اسم الموالي، وعنصر الموالي ظهر بقوّة خلال العهد العباسي حين أحكموا سيطرتهم على مجالات حكم الدولة وذلك نظرا لخبرتهم وانصهارهم في جسد الدولة الاسلامية، وعليه سيكون فحوى هذه الورقة البحثية عن الخدمات السياسية والعلمية التي قدمها الموالي للدولة العباسية خلال العصر الأول.
