    يخضع أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعة الجزائرية لجمــلة من القـــــوانين والتشريعات التي تبرز الأحكام الخاصة المطبقة على كل سلك ،بحسب الرتب الوظيفية والدرجات العلمية، وقد عرفت هذه القوانين عدة تطورات وتغييرات منذ الاستقلال إلى يومنا هذا تبعا للتحولات التي شهدها المجتمع الجزائري في مختلف الميادين. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان أهم خصائص الأساتذة في الجامعة الجزائرية، وفق منظور إدارة الموارد البشرية، إذ يتطرق إلى شروط توظيفهم، طبيعة المهام، نظام الحوافز، تطورات المسار الوظيفي،الإعداد والتكوين . Abstract : Teachers at Algerian universities are subject to a set of laws and regulations that stand out special provisions applicable to each wire, according to the grading and degrees, and these laws are known several developments and changes since independence to the present day depending on the changes witnessed by Algerian society in various fields. This study aims to identify the most important characteristics of Teachers at Algerian universities, according to human resources management perspective, as it deals with the conditions of their employment, the nature of the tasks, the system of incentives, career development, preparation and configuration
