    يبحث موضوع المقال في ملكية الطفل الأندلسي فيما بين القرنين الرابع والسادس الهجريين (10-12م)، مبيّناً طبيعتها وطريقة انتقالها وتمليكها اعتماداً على مقاربة تاريخية تجمع ما بين النصوص الدفينة ومصادر التاريخ الحدثي، كما تهدف الدراسة إلى إضاءة جوانب من الحقوق المادية والمعنوية التي تمتع بها الطفل في الفترة الوسيطية. The subject of the article examines the ownership of the Andalusian child between the 4th and 6th centuries Hijri (10-12 Jc), indicating its nature, the way it is transmitted and owned, based on a historical approach combining the buried texts with the sources of juvenile history, and aims to illuminate aspects of the material and moral rights enjoyed by the child in the middle ages. الكلمات المفتاحية
