    الفعل الاجتماعي وأثره على التنظيم العقلاني في المؤسسة الجزائرية

    ملخص: في السنوات الأخيرة، واجهت المؤسسات الجزائرية تحديات كبيرة في كفاءتها الإنتاجية، حيث كانت هناك ملاحظة لظواهر سلبية تؤثر على التنظيم الداخلي، مما دفعنا إلى دراسة تأثير الفعل الاجتماعي للعمال على التنظيم العقلاني داخل المؤسسات. يُعرَّف الفعل الاجتماعي بأنه سلوك منظم بشكل عقلاني يعتمد على مبدأي الربح والخسارة، بينما التنظيم العقلاني يتطلب تقسيم الأعمال بشكل دقيق وتطبيق عادل للقوانين. تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى فهم كيف يؤثر الفعل الاجتماعي على فعالية التنظيم العقلاني، من خلال دراسة حالة مؤسسة نفطال، واستخدام نتائج الدراسة لتحسين الأداء التنظيمي وتجاوز المشكلات المرتبطة بسلوكيات الفاعلين في التنظيم. Abstract: In recent years, Algerian institutions have faced significant challenges in their productive efficiency, as negative phenomena affecting internal organization have been observed. This has led us to study the impact of workers' social actions on rational organization within institutions. Social action is defined as rationally organized behavior based on the principles of profit and loss, while rational organization requires precise division of labor and fair application of laws. This study aims to understand how social action affects the effectiveness of rational organization, using the case study of Naftal, and to use the study's results to improve organizational performance and address issues related to the behaviors of actors within the organization.
