    في ظل بيئة تنافسية تعتبر العولمة من أهم سماتها، أصبح التدويل كإستراتيجية نمو ووسيلة البقاء لعدد متزايد من المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، بغض النظر عن القطاع الذي تنشط فيه هذه الأخيرة، فلم يعد التدويل خيار استراتيجي للمؤسسات الكبيرة فقط ولكن المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة رغم قلة مواردها طبعا بالمقارنة بالمؤسسات الكبيرة، إذ يتيح التدويل إمكانات النمو القوي المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. In the competitive context of globalization, internationalization is seen as a growth strategy and an essential means of survival for a growing number of SMEs, whatever their sector of activity. Internationalization is no longer a strategic choice accessible only to large groups but is now also of interest to SMEs that do not have as many resources as multinational companies.
