Item Increase Of Food Imports And Its Impact On Food Security(جامعة الوادي University of Eloued, 2024-12-31) Yacef ,Hassiba; Djouadi ,IssamThis study is about the value of food imports in Algeria which kept increasing year after year since the independence, and its impact on food security which became a goal most of the countries seek to achieve, especially under the current global economic changes. The purpose of this study is to study the impact of the food imports increase on food security in Algeria during the period (1983 – 2020), this study concluded that food imports have a significant impact on food security levels in Algeria. The findings suggest that policies aimed at boosting domestic agricultural production and exports can contribute to enhancing food security in both the short and long run. Additionally, managing population growth and maintaining a stable exchange rate are crucial for ensuring long-term food security.Item The Impact Of Logistic Services On Algerian Trade Dynamics(جامعة الوادي University of Eloued, 2024-12-31) Cheriti, Yasmine; Lalaoui, AmorThis study examines the impact of logistic services on Algeria’s trade dynamics, focusing on export growth and competitiveness. Using data from the World Bank's Logistics Performance Index (LPI) from 2007 to 2023, the objective is to analyze how logistics dimensions—specifically customs efficiency, infrastructure quality, and timeliness—affect export volumes, a key trade performance indicator. Through econometric modeling in R software, including correlation, multiple regression, the study assesses the relationship between LPI scores and export volumes. Results show that improvements in customs efficiency, infrastructure quality, and timeliness significantly enhance Algeria’s exports, while logistics competence and tracking remain areas needing improvement. These findings underscore the need for targeted infrastructure investments and logistics reforms to strengthen Algeria's trade competitiveness and support economic diversification beyond hydrocarbons.Item تحديات التحول الرقمي في بيئة المحاسبة الجزائرية – دراسة ميدانية من وجهة نظر مهنية وأكاديمية –(جامعة الوادي University of Eloued, 2024-12-31) بلول ،محمد الصالحThe aim of this study is to identify the challenges facing digital transformation in the Algerian accounting environment by conducting a field study from the standpoint of professional and academic, The conceptual framework for digital transformation and digital transformation in the accounting profession was presented, It became clear to us that digital transformation technologies in accounting are emerging technologies and a new and good model that faces a set of legal, regulatory, technical, security and training challenges and requirements in the Algerian environment. To determine this, a field study was conducted by surveying the views of 74 professional and academic researchers. After analyzing the data using the SPSS program, we reached a set of results, the most important of which is to accelerate the updating and adaptation of legal and regulatory texts in accordance with modern digital technologies, while updating the technical and technological infrastructure and providing cyber security requirements to protect digital financial data from breaches to maintain the confidentiality of information and conduct scientific and practical training for the human element to properly apply modern accounting technologies.
