    تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية بالدراسة مبدأ الأمن القانوني، بوصفه أحد المتطلبات الأساسية الراهنة لإرساء دولة القانون القائمة على ضمان حماية فعلية للحقوق والحريات الأساسية في المجتمع، لاسيّما في ظل الوضعية الحالية للقانون، والمتميزة بتضخم النصوص المعيارية، عدم استقرارها وتراجع جودتها التحريرية. وتهدف الدراسة إلى تأصيل المبدأ، من خلال التركيز خاصة على مضمونه، وعلى قيمته ضمن هرم تدرج القواعد المعيارية في الدول. This research paper examines the principle of legal security, as one of the current basic requirements for establishing a state of law based on ensuring effective protection of fundamental rights and freedoms in society, especially in light of the current state of the law, which is characterized by the inflated normative texts, its instability and decline of its editorial quality. The study aims to establish the principle, by focusing especifically on its content, and its value within the the hierarchy of normative rules in the state.
