    يدور موضوع هذا المقال العلمي حول علم من أعلام المغرب الأقصى؛ بل به عرف المغرب، كما قالوا قديما: ( لولا عياض لما عرف المغرب)، من خلال اكتشاف كنز لهذا الرجل ضل مغمورا ومفقودا، لا نعلم له أثرا، وهو يثير إشكالات علمية كبيرة كما هو مضمن في المقال، ألا وهو رسالة بعنوان: ''عقيدة الإمام القاضي عياض''. فقد توليت في هذه المقالة مناقشة ما قيل في عقيدة القاضي عياض، وتتبع الجدال الدائر في عقيده -رحمه الله- مع الاستعانة بنصوص مختارة من العلماء، ثم التعريف بالرسالة، وبيان صحة نسبتها إلى المؤلف ودحض جل الأقوال المثارة حوله، وما وصفوه، مع تقديم نماذج من صور المخطوط. There were many opinions about the beginning of the Ashari belief and creed in the western part of the Muslim world, especially in the Almoravid period followed by the Almohads era.That’s why many researchers turned to Cadi Ayad to find out the truth about that period of time. Cadi Ayad’s rare manuscript entitled “Letter about the rules of islam” cleared all ambiguities. The aim of my paper is to explain how this rare manuscript shaped the belief and creed of Moroccans. I chose the seventh chapter about how rare manuscripts shaped ideas in this part of the world.
