نهدف من خلال هذا المقال دراسة مفهوم المجتمع المدني من الناحية النظرية، وفهم السيرورات الاجتماعية، السياسية والثقافية التي أدت إلى تشكل المجتمع المدني المغربي، الشيء الذي حتم علينا مناقشة المفهوم وظروف نشأته وتطوره، والبحث في الأسباب والعوامل التي أدت بالمجتمعات إلى التفكير في خلق إطار تنتظم داخله. وبذلك فمقاربة مفهوم المجتمع المدني سوسيولوجيا يعد أمرا ضروريا لفهم السياق العام الذي تمخضت عنه فكرة ميلاد المجتمع المدني،والسيرورة التي عرفها في الواقع العربي مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار كونية المفهوم، بهدف توطينه داخل السياق الاجتماعي المغربي. Abstract :
In this article, we aim to study the concept of civil society in theory, and to understand the social,
political and cultural processes that led to the formation of Moroccan civil society, And

And research into the causes and factors that led societies to think about creating a framework
