    هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان دور مجلس الإدارة ولجان المراجعة في تعزيز فعالية إدارة المخاطر بالمؤسسات الاقتصادية وذلك من خلال مسؤولياتهما ومهامهما تجاه إدارة المخاطر حيث اعتمدت الدراسة التطبيقية على استبانة وزعت على مجموعة من الأساتذة الأكاديميين المتخصصين في هذا المجال ومجموعة من محافظي الحسابات حيث بلغت العينة الدراسة 68 فردا من إجمالي العينة المستهدفة والتي بلغت 100، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن وجود أثر فعال لبعض مهام ومسؤوليات كل من مجلس الإدارة ولجان المراجعة في تعزيز فعالية إدارة المخاطر بالمؤسسات الاقتصادية The study aimed to clarify the role of the board of directors and audit committees in enhancing the effectiveness of risk management in economic institutions through their responsibilities and tasks towards risk management, as the applied study relied on a questionnaire distributed to a group of academic professors specialized in this field and a group of auditors, where the study sample reached 68 individuals Of the total target sample, which amounted to 100, the study concluded that the existence of an effective impact for some the tasks and responsibilities of both the Board of Directors and the audit committees in enhancing the effectiveness of risk management in economic institutions
