    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهم ما أدت إليه الثورة الكبيرة الذي شهدها العالم حديثا في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الإتصالات في مجال المعاملاتالتجارية وهو مايطلق عليه بالتجارة الإلكترونية التي تقوم على سرعة تدفق المعلومات والإستجابة للمتغيرات المفاجئةكما تهدف أيضا إلى إبراز أهم التطورات التي تسعىالجزائر إلى الإستفادة من هذه التقنيات الحديثة للإتصالات و المعلومات في مجالالمبادلات التجارية ،كما تم التوصل إلى أنه بالرغم من ذلك تواجه الجزائر في هذا المجالصعوبات جمة منها التقنية والتجاريةوقد تكون أسباب نفسية وإجتماعية وقد تكونأسباب نفسية وإجتماعية وقد توجهات تشريعية تتطلب إيجاد حلول مستعجلة. This paper aims to show the main consequences of the great revolution that the world recently witnessed in the field of information and communication technology, i.e. the E-commerce which is based on the speed of information flow and response to sudden changes. It also aims to show how Algeria seeks to benefit from these modern communication and information technologies in the field of commercial exchange. As a result, it has been confirmed that Algeria faces in this field many technical and commercial difficulties and bets, but also psychological, social, and legislative ones that may require urgent solutions.
