    التكنولوجيا المالية كدعامة لتحقيق الشمول المالي في الجزائر – الواقع و الأفاق - .

    تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على مفهوم التكنولوجيا المالية وأهميتها و كيفية إستفادة البنوك وشركات التكنولوجيا المالية من التعاون القائم بينهما بما يخدم مصلحة الطرفين، مع إلقاء الضوء على واقع النظام المصرفي الجزائري خلال الفترة 2011-2017 ، و قد إستعمل المنهج التحليلي الوصفي ، و توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات أهمها ضعف مستويات الشمول المالي في الجزائر نتيجة ضعف مؤشر وصول و إستخدام الخدمات المالية والمصرفية ، الأمر الذي يستوجب ضرورة الإسراع في تسريع وتيرة الإبتكارات المالية داخل الجهاز المصرفي الجزائري . This research paper sheds light on the concept of financial technology, its importance, and how banks and financial technology companies benefit from the existing cooperation between them to fulfill both parties interests. We focused on the Algerian banking system during the period 2011-2017. A descriptive analytical method is used and conduct to a set of conclusions; the most important of which is the weak levels of financial inclusion in Algeria, caused by the weak indicator of access and the weak use of financial and banking services. To face this weakness the acceleration of the pace of financial innovation within the Algerian banking system is highly required
