Item TRANSPORT PROPERTIES OF BINARY LIQUID MIXTURES IN MEK WITH BROMOBENZENE(جامعة الوادي - university of el oued, 2014) Miloudi, Abdelmonem; Remini, BouallemViscosities and densities for MEK with Bromobenzene have been measured as a function of mole fraction at atmospheric pressure and at temperatures of 303.15 K, 308.15 K, and 313.15 K. The calculated deviations in viscosities and excess volumes were reported. McAllister’s three-bodyinteraction model, Krishnan and Laddha model and the Jouyban Acree model were used to correlate the kinematic viscosity of the systems. The excess volume data was fitted by means of the Redlich- Kister equation. It was found that in all cases the experimental data obtained fitted with the values correlated by the corresponding model very wellItem Water Potentiality of Sustainable Management Challenges in the Oued Souf Region, south east Algeria(جامعة الوادي - university of el oued, 2015) Miloudi, Abdelmonem; Remini, BouallemThis work reports a study on the effect of ultrasound on the behavior of Candida rugosa lipase in the enantioselective transesterfication of some racemic secondary alcohols (1- phenylethanol, 2-pentanol, menthol) with different acyl donors (vinyl acetate, vinyl propionate, vinyl butyrate) in the presence of organic solvents. The experiments were conducted with two different approaches: ultrasonic irradiation without stirring and stirring after ultrasonic pre-irradiation of lipase. The same experiments were conducted under conventional stirring to evaluate the effect of the ultrasound. The influence of preirradiation time, organic solvents, acyl donors and temperature were investigated. With the two approaches, the ultrasound has advantage over the conventional stirring. The best results were, however, obtained when the reactions were conducted under ultrasound without stirring. In the resolution of the menthol by vinyl acetate in hexane, the conversion increased 3-fold and the enantioselectivity 5-fold.Item Water Potentiality of Sustainable Management Challenges in the Oued Souf Region, south east Algeria(جامعة الوادي - university of el oued, 2016-12-31) Miloudi, Abdelmonem1; Remini, BouallemWater is the most essential product of life and is a part of the essential constitution of living cells; it helps to carry out all the vital operations. Water is a cosmic element, in the same way as the sun and the earth. With the population growth in the Souf region, the needs of habitats and farmers increase for water. These needs have a negative consequence on the serene life of the people; the phenomenon of the upwelling of the free water table has taken a very alarming dimension during the last twentieth century. In our study, we focused our intention in the mechanism of the drawdown of the waters of the aquifer CT of state AL Oued (South East Algeria) and the consequences of irrational overexploitation of this aquifer on the environment of the region
