Item COMPARATIVE STUDY OF PHYTOCHEMICAL COMPOSITION AND IN VITRO ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVITY FROM SWEET AND SOUR POMEGRANATE EXTRACT (PUNICA GRANATUM L)(university of el oued/جامعة الوادي, 2018-09-01) Zidane, M; Ouahrani, M. R; Laouini, S. EIn this paper, to investigate the phenolic content and in vitro antioxidant of peel extracts from sour and sweet pomegranate (Punica Granatum L). The assessment of the antioxidant capacity using 2,2’-azinobis (3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) diammonium salt (ABTS), DPPH, and metal chelating radical scavenging capacity assays. Furthermore, the total phenolic content measured by Folin-ciocalteu method as well conducted. The sour peel ethanolic extract was found to contain a high content of total phenolic content, for the flavonoids sweet ethanolic extract flavonoids contained the high amount. All extracts exhibited a higher antioxidant activity and the inhibitory effect of radicals scavenging activity against ABTS, DPPH, and metal chelating. The results suggest that the sour peel ethanolic extract and sweet peel ethanolic extract can be considered as a good source of natural antioxidant.Item Experimental Study And Development Of A Water Basin Used As Solar Sensor(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2010-01-01) Laouini, S. E.; Ben Haoua, B.; Ouahrani, M. REnergy sources play an important role in the development of humanity, with the industrial and technological evolution of our century. Energy demand is increasing every year, for this reason we must seek an alternate source of energy more specifically new and renewable energy including solar energy. Note that solar energy is abundant, especially the south-eastern Algeria, where solar radiation is significant in any year. Given that it is the cheapest of all other energy, many researches and experiments have been conducted to recover the maximum amount of renewable energy and to address the problems of use and operation to reduce and save energy traditional. This work concerns the development of a new device is a basin filled with water used as a solar plane and a storage medium. The results obtained are very important in terms of heating water, the water temperature at outlet of basin reaches up to 74 ° C, also the inlet temperature is 29 ° C.Item SOLVENT AND TECHNIQUES EXTRACTION INFLUENCE ON PHYTOCHEMICAL PROFILE AND FREE RADICALS INHIBITION OF PHEONIX DACTYLIFERA L(university of el oued/جامعة الوادي, 2018-09-01) Dia, O; Ouahrani, M. R; Laouini, S. EThe main of this investigation was to compare the extraction efficiency of different methods with various solvents from Phoenix dactylifera L extracts. The antioxidant activity and total phenolic compounds of extracts were evaluated using the various method. The highest extraction yield was founded in 70% methanol. Acetone extract exhibited a higher total antioxidant activity, ferric reducing antioxidant power and DPPH radical scavenging activity. The same extract also exhibited the highest phenolic, flavonoid, flavanol and condensed tannins contents. The results revealed that the ultrasonic is most suitable for the extraction of phenolic compounds and thus showing high levels of phenolic content and very high antioxidant capacities relative to the soxhlet and maceration technique. The results propose that Phoenix dactylifera L leaves extract can be considered as a rich source of natural bioactive compounds.
