Lorsqu’on a besoin d’une longueur d'onde particulière, la structure homo jonction n’est pas satisfaisante, on doit avoir recours à la structure hétérojonction, où en changent les compositions et les concentrations nous pouvons obtenir ces longueurs d'ondeAmong the diodes we find normal diode and light emitting diode with a wavelength λ in accordance with (Eg).
