    L'adoption des technologies financières, dans le secteur bancaire algérien représente un enjeu majeur pour la modernisation et la compétitivité du système financier du pays. Les Fintechs, ont émergé comme des acteurs perturbateurs dans le paysage financier mondial. Leur adoption rapide et leur capacité à offrir des services financiers innovants et accessibles ont transformé la manière dont les services bancaires traditionnels sont perçus et consommés. L’objectif de Cet article est de mettre en avant les facteurs clés qui influent sur l'intégration des Fintechs dans le secteur bancaire algérien, En outre, nous explorerons les implications de cette lenteur d'adoption tant pour les acteurs du secteur financier que pour l'économie algérienne. The adoption of financial technologies in the Algerian banking sector represents a major challenge for the modernization and competitiveness of the country’s financial system. Fintechs have emerged as disruptive players in the global financial landscape. Their rapid adoption and ability to offer innovative and accessible financial services has transformed the way traditional banking is perceived and consumed.This article aims to highlight the main factors influencing the integration of financial technologie in the Algerian banking sector. Additionally, we will examine the implications of this slow adoption for financial sector actors and the Algerian economy.
