    Les Compétences émotionnelles Des L’enseignants

    Résumé : Cet article présente une étude théorique afin de mettre l’accent sur l'importance des compétences émotionnelles dans l’éducation et leur impact dans la création d'un environnement éducatif favorable et d’un enseignement/apprentissage de qualité dans la classe où nous avons mis en exergue certaines définitions et caractéristiques des compétences émotionnelles chez l'enseignant, leur développement à travers les programmes ,et comment l'enseignant peut-il réguler ses émotions afin de s’approprier les compétences émotionnelles de base à partir de la reconnaissance ,de la compréhension, l'expression et de la bonne gestion de ses émotions et celles de ses apprenants. Summary: This article presents a theoretical study in order to focus on the importance of emotional skills in education and their impact in creating a supportive educational environment and quality teaching / learning in the classroom where we have highlighted some definitions and characteristics of emotional skills in the teacher, their development through the programs, and how the teacher can regulate his emotions in order to appropriate the basic emotional skills from recognition, understanding, expressing and managing their emotions and those of their learners
