    La Pédagogie Entrepreneuriale Comme Moyen D’innovation Et De Sensibilisation à L’esprit D’entreprendre.

    La pédagogie entrepreneuriale est un moyen de développement d’innovation et de sensibilisation à l’intention entrepreneuriale ; c’est aussi un moyen de transfert des compétences lors des stages. Dans cet article, nous avons mené une enquête qualitative auprès des étudiants via des entrevues semi-dirigées au cours desquelles ils ont témoigné des compétences qu’ils ont pu acquérir et des difficultés qu’ils ont pu rencontrer lors de ce processus. Ce papier examine l’importance du stage dans une formation professionnelle de même qu'au niveau de l’impact de la formation de sensibilisation à l’entrepreneuriat sur ce transfert de compétences. Entrepreneurial pedagogy is a means of developing innovation and raising awareness of entrepreneurial intent; it is also a means of transferring skills during internships. In this paper, the authors conducted a qualitative survey of students in semi-structured interviews in which they testified about the skills they transferred and the challenges they encountered in this process. This paper examines the importance of the internship in vocational training as well as the impact of entrepreneurship awareness training on this transfer of skills.
