Il y a donc au sein de l’équipe chirurgicale une complémentarité des rôles et une unité du but qui créent inévitablement des interférences entre les activités exercées par les membres de cette équipe, ce qui impose d’envisager le problème en substituant à la responsabilité du fait d’autrui un principe de responsabilité personnelle au sein de l’équipe chirurgicale.
