Item Contribution To The Development Of A Method Of Estimate Of The Time Of Concentration Of The Maximum Flows Of The Rain Risings(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2014-01-01) Ladjel, M.Among the characteristics that determine the maximum throughput flood genesis, concentration time has an important place. The maximum phase shift of a flood rain is subjected to different types of river regulation. This is caused by the friction forces in the river bed, by the gradual change of the wetted area by the slope and also by the flow exchanges. The flood speed is proportional to the water level in the river bed or the corresponding flow.Item Lamination Method Of Flood Wadis And Projection Of The Laminated Flood Hydrograph(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2016-01-01) Ladjel, M.The catastrophic floods in semi-arid areas are often caused by floods storm that occur at any time during the year, including the hot season. The prevention of these floods could be done by the construction of small dam hills. This requires the control of theoretical concepts hydrological sizing, especially the hydrological structure to evacuate floods. We suggest a method to calculate the optimal regulation flow of the flood and also the development of a direct calculation formula of a laminated maximum flow. The analysis of the hydro graph’s analogy at the input and the output of the dam, allow searching the dependencies between their characteristics. Knowing the characteristics of the hydrograph flood of the project and the reserved capacity for the amortization of the flood, we can directly determine the laminated maximum flow and project the hydrograph of the laminated flood.Item Maximum Runoff Of The Flood On Wadis Of Northern Part Of Algeria(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2014-01-01) Ladjel, M.; Gopchenko, E. D.; Ovcharuk, V. A.Wadis of Algeria are characterized by a very irregular hydrological regime. The question of estimating the maximum flow of wadis is relevant. We propose in this paper a method based on an interpretation of the transformation of surface runoff in streamflow. The technique of account the maximal runoff of flood for the rivers of northern part of Algeria based on the theory of channel isochrones is offered. The realization of this method is performed on the basis of hydrometeorological data standarts.Item Method Of Assessment The Annual Flow Of The Wadi In The North Of Algeria(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2016-05-01) Ladjel, M.; Mezentseva, O.In arid and semiarid climatic conditions of Northern Algeria surface water resources are limited and irregular in time and space. The water resources of the ephemeral streams (Wadi) are associated with the precipitation and depend on the latitude and altitudinal zonation. Large catchments drained the whole total runoff, which is equal to the difference between precipitation and evaporation. Groundwater runoff of small and medium rivers is proportional to the catchment area; evaporation is influenced by local factors. This paper proposes a new approach to the analysis of the geographical distribution of runoff specifying the vertical and latitudinal zonation of flow and the influence of the basin morphology. The transition from the climatic runoff estimates to the river runoff estimates was made using the Climatic factor of module local runoff, which can be mapped.Item Method Of Optimal Operation Of Small Dam In Irrigation(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2015-01-01) Ladjel, M.In several Arab countries; agriculture is considered as the largest user of sweet water. This noble resource is distributed erratically by time and space. For the month of irrigation, this resource became scanty. That’s why; it is require to storage it; protect it and use it reasonably based on a deep knowledge of hydro meteorological policy and irrigation. This contribution is to propose the hydrological method of exploitation if the resource of water regulate by a small water dam. This is ascertained by the equation of the hydratical balance. Because it is possible to improve the yield of the water dam by the apliment of operating rules during irrigation season based on probabilistic projections of the fundamental components of the water balance.
