    Résumé: La ville d'Oran se caractérisait par la force de ses fortifications grâce à son système défensif complexe, qui comprenait plusieurs châteaux, dont le plus important est le château de Saint-Grégario, que nous allons présenter d'un point de vue historique et architectural. L'architecture du château lui conférait une dimension différente de ses homologues grâce à son style architectural unique. D'une manière générale, le château était l'incarnation des théories de l'ingénierie militaireespagno. Abstract: The city of Oran was characterized by the strength of its fortifications due to its complex defensive system, which contained various castles, the most important of which is the castle of St. Gregario, which we will introduce historically and architecturally.
