ملخص: تناقش هذه المذكرة الدستور البريطاني وطبيعته الغير مكتوبة، بذكر أهم القواعد الأساسية التي ترتكز عليها الحكومة والتي هي العادات والاعراف الاستخدام. في هذه الرسالة كانت محاولة لتحليل واحدة من الوثيقة التي تستند إلى الدستور البريطاني وهو الماغنا كارتا. حيث أن هذه الدراسة عن المبادئ الهامة للدستور غير المكتوب وتحدد خصائصه. الهدف من هذه الرسالة هو العثور على بعض التفسيرات حول النظام السياسي في بريطانيا ومناقشة أنواع مختلفة من الدستور (دستور مكتوب وغير مكتوب سوف يكون أكثر توازن ومصداقية في هذه المذكرة سوف نقوم بشرح كيف أن الدستور الغير مكتوب يحدد كل من البرلمان و الحكومة والعائلة المالكة وواجباتها Résumé : Cette thèse porte sur la nature de la constitution britannique qui est non écrite , où les règles fondamentales du gouvernement prennent la forme de coutumes, d’usages. Dans cette thèse, nous avons tenté d'analyser l'un des documents basés sur la constitution britannique, la Magna Carta. cette étude révèle également les principes importants de la constitution non écrite et en identifie les caractéristiques. Le but de cette thèse est de trouver des explications sur le système politique britannique et de discuter des différents types de constitution (constitution écrite et non écrite). Summary : This dissertation is about the nature of the British constitution which is unwritten one ,where the fundamental rules of government take the form of customs, usage. In this dissertation was attempt to analyze one of the document that based on the British constitution which is the Magna Carta . also this study reveals the important principles of unwritten constitution and identifies its characteristic of it. The aim of this dissertation is to find some explanation about the political system in Britain and to discuss the different types of the constitution (written and unwritten constitution).
