    Endogenous Growth Factors As A Catalyst For Economic Diversification In Algeria

    Algeria's economy depends on its hydrocarbon sector, which explains its vulnerability to oil price fluctuations. The export of internationally priced oil and gas is what propels growth. The alternative to this would be the diversification of the Algerian economic fabric based on endogenous factors that would guarantee the resilience of our economy. It was in the late 1980s and early 1990s that the problem of growth focused on factors integrated into the economy as determinants of said growth. From there, economists set out to shed light on the main parameters that could influence the growth rate of an economy. These are the works of Romer (1986, 1990), Lucas (1988), and Barro (1990).

    Les Technologies De L’information Et De La Communication Comme Outil D’amélioration De La Fonction D’adaptation De La Performance Hospitalière En Situation De Crise Sanitaire En Algérie : étude Illustrée Par Le Cas Du Chu De Tizi-ouzou

    L’objectif de cet article est de tenter de comprendre comment les Technologies de l’information et de la communication (TIC) contribuent à l’amélioration de la performance hospitalière au niveau du CHU de TiziOuzou en Algérie. Pour atteindre notre objectif, on a essayé d’analyser la fonction d’adaptation de la performance au niveau du CHU de Tizi-Ouzou en situation de crise sanitaire. En effet, les résultats de notre étude, qui s’appuie sur l’analyse des données collectées sur le terrain, ont montré d’une part, qu’au niveau des services, les TIC ont réduit effectivement le nombre des patients hospitalisés et d’autre part, ont instauré des pratiques collaboratives engagées entre professionnels des différents services, pour coordonner les parcours des patients, et pour maintenir un équilibre en matière de prise en charge de patients atteints de covid-19 et les patients atteints d’autres maladies.
