    The percentage of potato production in the valley increased at a very rapid rate in the past years, as our study focused on the importance of solar drying in the state of the valley. The process of drying potatoes, with the intervention of natural factors such as: sand - salt - gravel - cement and aluminum. ازدادت نسبة إنتاج البطاطس في الوادي بمعدل سريع جدا في السنوات الماضية، حيث تركز دراستنا على أهمية التجفيف الشمسي في ولاية الوادي، قمنا بانشاء غرفة تجفيف موصولة مع مجمع شمسي كما أجرينا عليه عدة قياسات مثل درجة الحرارة وسرعة الرياح والرطوبة، حيث أظهرت النتائج مدى تأثيرها على عملية تجفيف البطاطس، وذلك بتدخل عوامل الطبيعة مثل: الرمل - الملح – الحصى –والأسمنت والالمنيوم.
