Lead free organic-inorganic perovskites simulation for low toxic solar cell applications
(University of Eloued, 2019-02-24) Hima Abdelkader; Lakhdar Nacereddine; Benhaoua Boubaker; Kemerchou Imad; Rogti Fatiha
CH3NH3PbI3 Perovskite materials applied in organic-inorganic solar cell applications suffer from Pb toxicity. Recent researches aim to find out other alternates free lead materials. In this paper, numerical simulations of free lead perovskite CH3NH3SnI3 have been studied and results have been presented in order to show their performances in comparison of those of CH3NH3PbI3 using SCAPS software. The obtained results show that CH3NH3SnI3 has better performances compared to CH3NH3PbI3

OPTICAL PROPERTIES OF CH3NH3PbI3 BY SPRAY PYROLYSIS WITH MOVING NOZZLE
(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2019-02-24) Kemerchou Imad,; Rogti Fatiha; Benhaoua Boubaker; Hima Abdelkader,; Lakhdar Nacereddine
Organic-inorganic perovskite based solar cells are a promising material in recent research. It is characterized by its high light absorbance regarding to other technologies. In recent research perovskite solar cells have an exponential evolution in power conversion efficiency which have reached more than 20%. In this paper we try to get optical and electrical properties for the CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite fabricated based on spray pyrolysis method. Obtained results shows that optical properties can be enhanced using specific molarity of 2 moles and processing temperature of 100 °C.
