    Strategic Planning For Higher Education

    Abstract: The objective of the study is to define strategic planning and highlight its importance in higher education institutions by reviewing a collection of studies and research on strategic planning in various countries. The study aims to emphasize the significance of strategic planning for each academic institution and provide commentary on them. Additionally, it aims to highlight the importance of strategic planning at Hamma Lakhdar University in light of the analyzed studies and literature. ملخص : هدفت الدراسة الى التعريف بالتخطيط االستراتيجي وإبراز أهميته في مؤسسات التعليم العالي وذلك باستعراض ذلك من خالل مجموعة من الدراسات واألبحاث في التخطيط االستراتيجي بمجموعة من الدول وإبراز األهمية من ذلك لكل دراسىة والتعقيب عليهم ، وإبراز أهمية التخطيط االستراتيجي يجامعة حمة لخضر الوادي على ضوء الدراسات واألدبيات التي تم تحليلها.
