    Résumé Considérée comme l’un des piliers de l’université, la bibliothèque universitaire a été affectée par les mutations technologiques et la transition "numérique" s’est imposée progressivement. La communauté universitaire a alors bénéficié d’un large éventail de ressources numériques nécessaires à la formation des uns et à l’apprentissage des autres. Les BU algériennes peinent à suivre les différentes technologies. Parmi les difficultés qui persistent, celles liées à la formation des professionnels de ces bibliothèques aux technologies numériques, et à la gestion des ressources documentaires numériques. Ce papier tentera de mettre l’accent sur l’environnement numérique et sur la formation des professionnels aux TIC dans les BU de l’USTHB et de l’université Alger 2. Abstract Considered one of the pillars of the university, the university library has been affected by technological change and the "digital" transition has gradually imposed itself. The university community then benefited from a wide range of digital resources necessary for the training of some ones and the learning of others. Algerian university libraries struggle to keep up with different technologies. Among the difficulties that persist, those related to the training of professionals of these libraries in digital technologies, and in the management of digital documentary resources. This paper will try to focus on the digital environment and on training ICT professionals in the university libraries of the USTHB and University of Algiers 2.
