Item أثر التسويق الداخلي على تحسين الأداء الاجتماعي للمؤسسات دراسة حالة مؤسسة ماسينسيا الاستشفائية-الخروب- ولاية قسنطينة(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2020-06-30) بوسنة, نسرين; بوشريبة, محمدThe study aims to determine the impact of internal marketing on improving the social performance in the hospital Masencia , to achieve the goal the study was based on the descriptive analytical approach a questionnaire was prepared for the purpose of collecting data and distributing it (63) to the sample members of the study sample. Data were processed using (spss). The study found that there is a statistically significant effect of internal marketing on improving social performance, as well as confirming the existence of the impact of empowerment, training and motivation in improve performance, and found that there was no effect of internal communication on improving social performance
