    المرأة ومسألة العمل في الجزائر

    تحاول أوراق هذا العمل تسليط الضوء على جانب من قضايا المرأة في المجتمع الجزائري اليوم ،وتحديدا مسألة العمل، وهي التي باتت أحد الفواعل المعترف بحضورها واسهامها فيه، بعد ما كانت المؤسسات الجزائرية على اختلاف صنوفها ( خدماتية ، اقتصادية ...)تقبع تحت سيطرة ذكورية بحتة ،بعدما لعبت العديد من العوامل والأليات دور في هذا التحول الذي أهل المرأة للعب دور غير تقليدي في واقعها المعاصر، دون أن يعني ذلك انتفاء الصعوبات التي تواجهها في هذا المسار، فضلا عن التداعيات المنجرة عن ذلك . Abstract : The papers of this work try to shed light on an aspect of women's issues in Algerian society today, specifically the issue of work, which has become one of the recognized actors of its presence and contribution to it, after what Algerian institutions of all kinds (service, economic...) It is under purely male control, after many factors and mechanisms played a role in this transformation, which qualified women to play an unconventional role in their contemporary reality, without meaning that the difficulties they face in this path are eliminated, as well as the repercussions resulting from that.
