    حرص المشرع على إيجاد العديد من الضوابط القانونية التي تضبط وتنظم العلاقة بين الطرفين وذلك من خلال فرض العديد من الالتزامات على عاتقه تضمن الحد من رغبته وسعيه الدائم لتحقيق الربح ولو على حساب مصالح المستهلك من أهمها الالتزام للإعلام. Abstract: The legislator has endeavored to find many of the legal controls that regularize and organize the relationship between the parties, through imposing himself with plenty of the commitments to ensure the reduction of desire and the permanent quest for profit even at the cost of the consumer interests, in particular the media commitment.
