    "واقع وآفاق التأمين التكافلي في الجزائر دراسة حالة الشركة العامة للتأمينات المتوسطية (GAM) "

    "تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع التأمين التكافلي في الجزائر و أهم التحديات التي تواجهه، كونه جزءا أساسيا يقوم عليه النظام المالي، باعتبار أن له دور فعال في تطوير الاقتصاد وتقدّمه حيث ظهر وبرز كبديل شرعي للتأمين التجاري الذي كان أساسا قائما على التكافل في بداياته ورغم ضعف تطبيق صناعة التأمين التكافلي في الجزائر إلا أنها دخلت المنافسة بشكل جيد، والبرهان على ذلك هو توجّه العديد من شركات التأمين التقليدي إلى العمل بمبادئ الشريعة الإسلامية سواء بتحويل عملها كليا وتغيير الضوابط والأسس التي تقوم عليها، أو جزئيا بفتح نافذة تقدّم خدمة التأمين التكافلي تتوافق مع قيم ومبادئ المجتمع المسلم . ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت لها هذه الدراسة عرض بعض التعاريف للتأمين التكافلي، كما بيّنت لنا شروط العمل به وبعضا من خصائصه و مبادئه وكذا أنواعه، وعرض الإطار القانوني المعمول به لدى شركات التأمين التكافلي وكذلك نماذج بعض الدول الرائدة في هذا المجال. . ""Abstract: This study aims to identify the reality of takaful insurance in Algeria and the most important chqllenges facing it ,as it is an essential part on which the financial system is based , as it has qn effective role in the development and progress of the economy, qs it appeared and emerged as a legitimate alternative to commercial insurance, which was mainly based on solidarity in its inception and despite the weakness of the application of the takafoul insurance industry in Algeria, it has entered the competition well, and the proof of this is the tendency of many traditional insurance companice to work according to the principles of lslamic sharia other than to completely transform their work by changing the controls and foundations on which .
