    ملخص البحث بحثنا يتعلق بدراسة قانون حماية الآثار في القانون الليبي والنظام السعودي،وذلك للتعرف على مصادر قوة القوانين في كلا البلدين خاصة في ظل الأوضاع التي تمر بها كلتا البلدين حاليا والتعرف على أي من القوانين المطبقة في النظام السعودي ، أو ليبيا هو الاكثر تأثيرا ونجاحا في حماية الآثار،ولعل من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة هو ضعف القوانين المعمول بها من أجل حماية الآثار في دول الدراسة،وضرورة إستحداث قوانين جديدة تعمل على حماية الآثار في دول الدراسة بشكل أكثر نجاحا بدلا من مجرد َإضافة بعد المواد. Abstract Our research concerns the study of the law of antiquities protection in the Libyan law and the Saudi regime in order to identify the sources of the strength of the laws in both countries,And perhaps the most important findings of the study is the weakness of the laws in place to protect the effects in the countries of study, and the need to develop new laws to protect the effects in the countries of the study more successful rather than just add after the materials
