The present study aimed to determine the role of intellectual capital with its components represented in human capital, structural capital, and client capital in achieving competitive advantage with its various dimensions represented in cost, quality, innovation, flexibility and time . To achieve this, the questionnaire was used as a main tool to collect data from the sample of 70 individuals, and these data were analyzed using the statistical analysis program Spss and the statistical treatment methods such as arithmetic mean, T-test, simple regression, The study reached a set of results, the most important of them are: - There is an availability of both intellectual capital and competitive advantage in Belghith Grand Mills . -There is an effect of intellectual capital with its various components in achieving a competitive advantage for the studied company
