    أشكال التمكين المكاني و مؤسستها في فضاء المواطنة الحضرية

    ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى مناقشة موضوع التمكين المكاني وتحريّ أشكاله المعاصرة وهذا عن طريق مأسستها ضمن المواطنة الحضرية التي تنشّأ بدءا من الممارسات اليومية في الفضاء الحضري وهذا لإضفاء طابع شرعي عن هذه الأشكال وتمكين الأفراد مكانيا على المستوى المحلي إلى أن يتم قبولهم في القطاع الرسمي ، وتوصلنا فيها إلى أنّ التدرج من التهميش الحضري إلى مجتمع التمكين المكاني يكون وفق سيروة مجتمعية ترتبط ببناء مواطن حضري من خلال الاستفادة من حقوقه التي لا تنفكّ على المجال المديني المقيم فيه، حيث يكون تحقيق هذا المبتغى بسلك سبيل المشاركة لغاية تتمثل في التعاون على صنع السياسات التي تتيح المساواة المكانية من أجل ضمان إقامة آمنة ، مع ضرورة تحقيق ارتباطات علائقية عدة كآلية للتأهيل المكاني خارج الفضاء المنزلي ، كما يجب إيجاد العمل في القطاع الرسمي لتضمن الفئات التي تعاني في المجالات الحضرية الحماية داخل المجتمع .Abstract: This study aims to discuss the issue of spatial empowerment and investigation its contemporary forms by institutionalizing it within urban citizenship emerging form daily practices in urban space this is to legitimize these forms and empower individuals spatially at the local level until they are accepted in the formal sector, we conclude that progression from urban marginalization towards a society of spatial empowerment takes place according to a societal process linked to the construction of an urban citizen by taking advantage of his rights attached to urban space in which he resides, this objective achieved by participating with the aim of cooperating in development of policies allowing equal spatial to guarantee safe residence, with the need t achieve relational ties as a mechanism for spatial qualification outside the home space, work must also be provided in the formal sector in order to ensure protection for groups suffer spatially within society
