    العمل المعرفي للجامعة الجزائرية في ضوء القيم الثقافية للمجتمع الجزائري

    تهدف هذه الدراسة الى مناقشة العمل المعرفي بالجامعة في ضوء القيم الثقافية للمجتمع الجزائري من خلال تناول جوانب هذا الموضوع وأبعاده؛ وكذا العلاقة بين العمل المعرفي والثقافة والتطرق إلى أهم المقاربات السوسيولوجية التي تناولت العمل المعرفي، إضافة إلى أهم التحديات التي تواجه الجامعة الجزائرية في هذا الجانب.Abstract : This study aims to discuss the university’s knowledge work in light of the cultural values of the Algerian society by addressing the aspects and dimensions of this subject; As well as the relationship between knowledge work and culture and addressing the most important sociological approaches that dealt with knowledge work, in addition to the most important challenges facing the Algerian University in this aspect.
