    جائحة كورونا وتطبيقات تتبّع الاتصال الرقمي: دراسة في التصورات الاجتماعية حول تطبيق احتراز في قطر باستخدام أسلوب التداعي الحر

    هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على التصورات الاجتماعية التي يتبناها المجتمع حول تطبيق تتبُع الاتصال الرقمي القطري "احتراز"، ومعرفة مدى اختلاف التصورات تبعاً للخصائص الديموغرافية والاجتماعية، مثل: الجنس، والعمر، والمستوى التعليمي. استخدمت الدراسة نظرية التصورات الاجتماعية وطريقة التداعي الحر بالتطبيق على بيانات أولية جُمِعت من 329 مستجيبًا في دولة قطر، وتوصلت إلى أن التصور المركزي المُترسِخ في ذهن المستجيبين هو أن تطبيق احتراز وسيلة للوقاية والتحذير من الجائحة وتداعياتها الصحية، وهو ما يدعم الغاية الأساسية من التطبيق، ويؤكد على وعي المجتمع وإدراكه بأهميته في التخفيف من انتشار المرض وتقليل آثاره. وبعكس ما هو متوقع، بيّنت الدراسة أن تأثير التطبيق على "خصوصية البيانات" و"القلق والإزعاج" المرتبطتين بالتطبيق لم يكونا ذا أهمية لدى فئة كبيرة من المشاركين في الدراسة، حيث جاءت هذه الأفكار في ذيل التصورات. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود اختلافات جوهرية في تصورات المستخدمين تجاه تطبيق احتراز تبعاً للجنس، والمستوى التعليمي، والعمر، مما يؤيد فرضية ثبات التصورات ووحدة العقل الجمعي. The study aimed to identify the social perceptions held by the community about the Qatari digital communication tracking application "Ehteraz", and the extent to which the perceptions differ according to demographic and social characteristics, such as: Gender, age, and educational level. The study used social perception theory and the free association method applied to primary data collected from 329 respondents in Qatar, and found that the central perception of the respondents is that Ehteraz is a means of prevention and warning of the pandemic and its health consequences, which supports the main purpose of the app and emphasizes the community's awareness of its importance in mitigating the spread of the disease and minimizing its effects. Contrary to what was expected, the study showed that the impact of the app on "data privacy" and "anxiety and inconvenience" associated with the app were not important to a large group of study participants, as these ideas came at the bottom of the perceptions. The study also found that there were no significant differences in users' perceptions of Ehteraz according to gender, education level, and age, supporting the hypothesis of stable perceptions and the unity of the collective mind.
