    مـُلـخـص: إرتبطت الحركة العلمية والفكرية للمغرب الإسلامي والأندلس في بادئ الأمر بالمشرق خاصة مصر والحجاز والعراق، وساهمت بشكل كبير في انتقال العلماء وإنتقال مصنفاتهم إلى بلاد الغرب الإسلامي،وعليهيحاول هذا المقال أن يسلط الضوء على سياسة الخلفاء خاصة بني أمية بالأندلس خاصة ، في تشجيع العلم والعُلماء الأمر الذي نتج عنه تلك التنقلات الكثيرة للعلماء على اختلاف تخصصاتهم من وإلى بلاد الغرب الإسلامي خصوصا بلاد الأندلس خلال القرن الخامس الهجري /الحادي عشر الميلادي. The scientific and intellectual movement of the Islamic Maghreb and Andalusia was first associated with the Orient, especially Egypt, Hejaz and Iraq, and contributed greatly to the transfer of scholars and the transfer of their works to the Islamic West. This essay attempts to shed light on the policy of the caliphs, For him the many movements of scientists of different disciplines from and to the Islamic countries of the West, especially in Andalusia during the 5th century AH / 11 AD .
