    أهمية مراقبة التسيير في المؤسسة الاقتصادية – بين التأصيل النظري والممارسات التطبيقية- دراسة حالة الجزائرية للمياه وحدة معسكر Ade

    ملخص: ظهرت أهمية وظيفة مراقبة التسيير في المؤسسات الاقتصادية نتيجة لتوسع حجمها وتنوع نشاطها.فهي أداة تحكم وقياس ورصد لنشاط المؤسسة. تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على مراقبة التسيير من الجانب النظري ،من حيث أهميتها وأهدافها وكذا خصائصها. زيادة على معرفة مكانتها في المؤسسة والتقنيات المستخدمة فيها. أما من الجانب التطبيقي، فسنحاول معرفة كيفية تطبيق المراقبة على أرض الواقع وذلك باختيار الجزائرية للمياه وحدة معسكر كدراسة حالة.توصلت الدراسة أن ما يتم التطرق إليه في الجانب النظري بعيد عن ما هو مطبق على أرض الميدان.مع العلم أنه لم يسمح لنا بنشر المعطيات الرقمية للمؤسسة. Abstract : The emergence of the function management control is due increase of the size of the company and to the diversification of its activities. the aim of this study to know management control of the theorical side in term of their importance and objectives as well as their characteristics. increase the knowledge of its position in the enterprise and techniques used . from the applied side . we will try to know how to apply the monitoring in reality and that with choosing water Algerian unit of Mascara as a case study . the study found that what is been addressed in the theorical side far from what it is applies on the ground .
